Jessica is currently a Venture Partner at TCV, where she is investing in and growing several promising businesses. Prior to this she was the CHRO for Netflix, and also led HR for growth companies like Coursera and Scopely. A veteran in the people and talent space, Jessica was also my manager when we worked together at Netflix: an incredible ally, mentor, and strategic thought partner.
